Commercial Moving Advice

Have an estimated start date and time period in mind for the move.
Make a list of all rooms/offices that need to be moved and where they need to go.
Contact our office to arrange for our estimator to call and carry out a free, no obligation quotation.
Arrange for crates to be hired for the duration of the move.
Make all employees aware of the move and have them pack any small items into boxes or crates.

Make sure all small items are well packed in moving boxes or crates for any rooms/offices scheduled to move on that day.
Try and clear access to the site, including all hallways and staircases.
If possible, arrange for the front (or rear) of the site to be clear for our van to be parked for loading of your goods (only if moving to a new building or off-site location).
Make sure you have the access available for your new site so there are no hold-ups mid move.
